The Ultimate Guide to a Successful PitchGround Launch 🚀
Welcome to PitchGround!
It's an exciting time for you and for us as we get ready for an amazing experience while launching at PitchGround. There are a few things to consider when trying to figure out what makes a successful launch. We call it the Three P's.
People - The people behind the product are crucial to the buyers, and the people buying the product are crucial to those selling it. As the founder, you (and your team) need to be ready to interact with, engage, and become a part of the PitchGround community. Whether you will be launching a Featured deal, or listing yourself at the PitchGround Marketplace, you need to be transparent and open about the people behind the product. Not only is this good business practice, but it creates a level of trust with the PG Community that will allow them to focus on what is essential: Your product's ability to deliver on its promise.
Product - It's your duty as a founder to ensure that your product is up to the standards buyers have come to expect from PitchGround products. This means:
- Work out your bugs before launch
- Listen to user Feedback
- Have a public Roadmap ready
- Deliver on the Roadmap on time (set realistic expectations)
- Make sure your website and app are secure and available at all times
Pricing - The perceived value of your offer is crucial to its success. You do not want to overprice or underprice your deal. We'll dive deeper into the pricing for Marketplace later in this guide.
Remember that people come to PitchGround to buy deals. If you do not offer them an amazing deal, or there are better deals elsewhere for a similar product, you will not reach the sales goals you have set forth for this campaign. It's important to do market research on this and other LTD platforms to understand what is being offered in the open market and put together Plans/Pricing that will give your campaign the best chance of success.
There will be a video for every section of this guide, in case you would like to watch it instead of reading it. The content of the video and the guide are the same, the only difference is in your preference of consuming the information.
